Cotton Madras Checks Overdyed Fabric from India are traditional handwoven textiles featuring plaid patterns enhanced with an additional dyeing process for rich, deep hues. These fabrics are soft, lightweight, and perfect for unique, vibrant apparel and accessories.

🧶 Fabric Construction:
Plain weave with yarn-dyed cotton threads forming traditional Madras checks, followed by an overdye treatment that alters the surface color and enhances visual texture.
Weave: Plain weave (original Madras checks).
Overdye Method:
Dip-Dye: Entire fabric submerged for uniform tone.
Spray-Dye: Irregular, artistic effects.
Texture: Slightly stiffer post-dyeing (softens with wear).
🧬 Fabric Content:
Base Fabric: 100% cotton Madras (plain weave).
Overdye Process: Reactive dyes or natural pigments (indigo, tea-staining).

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your interest in our handloom services. If you have an original design or sketch, please take a print and kindly share it with us (in PDF, JPEG) it will be good if you can provide pantone colors exactly to match, along with the following details:

Preferred fabric type (cotton, silk, linen, etc.)

Color palette/Pantone codes

Specific design notes (patterns, motifs, dimensions)

We’ll create a handloom sample for your approval before bulk production. Typical turnaround time: 15-20 days.
